Required Documents
Counsel from a New Orleans Bankruptcy Attorney
In addition to the Bankruptcy Questionnaire, you will need to provide additional documentation to your attorney.
Please also include the following:
- Tax returns for the past two years
- Pay stubs for the last 7 months
- Proof of additional income from social security, disability, unemployment, etc.
- Copies of any lawsuits
- Copies of registrations for all vehicles which are in your name
- Bank statements for the last 4 months for all open accounts under your name
